Manolya Restaurant opened its doors in November 2009, bringing Turkish cuisine to Ware and the surrounding areas. It is a family run restaurant owned by Eddie, his wife Nese, son Mus and daughter Jale. Their son Mus is the head chef and takes great pride in providing fresh and authentic Turkish food, using only the finest Turkish ingredients.

The menu is vast allowing customers to experience a wide variety of Turkish cuisine, whether it is cold and hot mezes to succulent kebabs to house specialities there is something for everyone's taste.

The open planned kitchen with its charcoal based grill allows customers to view dishes being freshly prepared and cooked. The 50 seater dining room is spacious and decorated with cultural items providing a warm environment for guests.

It's is fully licensed and air-conditioned serving the famous Villa Doluca house wines and Efes beer. Alternatively the restaurant has a selection of wines from other regions.
